Very nice GT3 for someone

Liking the look of this at a very nice price too. Doubt it'll be around for very long. Proper car in a proper colour.

Looks even better in the photo's this time around compared to last time. It appeals to me as well in the fact that it doesn't seem to have been a total garage queen for the condition. An average of 3600 miles per year ? But obviously only service and MOT records will show how the milage was accumulated.
Beautiful car, well looked after, but agree with opinions that it is overpriced.

. . . who are these people that chime in knowing values like the back of their hand? Is it a visitation of the almighty?
they are known as the "PAPeratize" (Porsche Advert Police . . .!)and regularly troll the classifieds - its their right - everyone knows this.

Nice looking example.
I would disagree with the opinions about £5k overpriced. Its worth whatever it is to the next buyer. If you wanted a nice GT3 early in the year, wanted red, are not penny conscious (nothing wrong if you are), and did not want to waste time hoping a red £37k private car is going to turn up this side of june, then you may bite.
Having said that it is certainly strong money and after inspection I would expect it to need nada. Assuming it needed something then negotiate downwards from there. It's only just come up! There is always a negotiation margin. I do not expect it to go for the asking price.
To those who think it should be up for £37k and then think they can negotiate it down to £35k are dreaming (assuming its a good car of course) - unless it's a desperate or inexperienced seller.
I sold one last year and had the usual potential buyers that turn up this time of year on the forums suggesting it was £5k over priced. I got within £1k of asking price. It's a small market and other factors affect price than just dealer/private spreads.

I for one am not talking them down, but if the current trade value is one price and the seller puts it up for way above a dealer retail price then one is allowed to mention that it seems overpriced compared to others that are for sale.
To be fair the best people to answer this question would be dealers and what they would be prepared to pay, i bet a lot of people would wince at the price it would get offered from a dealer.
