I bought an outdoor Carcoon last year to keep a car in, its quite good for storage but not really a solution if you want to access the vehicle often as its bit of faff to get it in and out.
It does rock alarmingly in heavy winds but I have not had a problem so far, the other thing I have to be aware of is snow as it it tends to collapse it but again it did not cause any ill effects.
Of course any of this does not apply if you are getting the indoor type.

I too have bought an outdoor Carcoon and have had it 'collapse' when it snowed, I have also stuck a small de-humidifier in it and it keeps the car at a steady 50-60% RH so hopefully good long term for one of my cars. Tried one the the expensive 'pop-up' framed covers used by the rally teams and in the high winds ayear or so back it just dissapeared and I have never found it. So far the outside Carcoon has proved to be the best but is a bit of a frig if you need to use the car regularly.
