bizarre request time.... A friend of mine has something called a 'Jimp' - though this may just be what he calls it. It's basically a reliant kitten chassis with a wooden frame on top of it. Apparently the floor has nearly rotted through and needs replacing, but he needs an expert in wooden floored vehicles. Personally I havent a clue...anyone??!! cheers Night

I've replaced the plydux (bonded alloy to ply) floor on an RAF Victor tanker (aircraft) some years back, but a "jimp" well thats a bit tricky!!

I think Allied Carpets are still doing a sale on Pergo laminates. From memory they will fit for about 150 quid as well. Hope that helps

Another Jimp owner here

I run the register for these cars and try to keep track of as many as possible.

I'm in touch with one of the original designers and CEO Peter Kukla (PK Manufacturing).

Would you be able to send a photo of the car So I can see if is one we know of?
