Sorry for dragging this old chesnut up but I don't think this particular point has been covered.
Some numpty (probably driving a Micra ) has used the front of the Chimaera as a parking reference.
Now the chip left behind is none of your namby-pamby BK or MaccyD southern fries, it's one of those Homefries Steak Chips if you know what I mean, about the size of a 5p.
Can Chips Away handle that kind of size or is it off to my local bodyshop for a pocket lightening experience!?

I used Paintpro last friday after Mrs Mel's car got keyed and although at the moment I would rate the repair as "adequate" it needs to go back later this week and get polished again and sealed, apparently because they use air dry paint and no oven they like to leave it atleast 3/4 days before it goes really hard and gets the final polish up. I would rate the service as top quality as a half door respray that is blended in perfectly cost me £60. Full finished job results later this week.

They are nation wide and will actually do the repairs on your drive from mobile vans, as a basic rule of thumb they don't do "moving collision damage" so no new panels etc but patch and blend type work is what they are best at.

Cheers Mel. Can you give me an update when they have finished?
I can wait a while as I'm away next week so the car will be sat in the garage (no one to see it)!
