Has anyone had difficulty with Orange Mobile because of faulty I Phone 4S?
My son had a problem and Orange have the worst customer service. They also ignore emails. Any feed back out there please?

I'm not with Orange but my gf is and I've always thought the customer service has been brilliant but she might just be getting lucky. They definitely seem better thab O2 though.

They need to be exposed..
you can get arrested for that have you followed this to the letter:
http://www1.orange.co.uk/documents/about/Orange-co...
has details of who to complain to if your original formal complaint doesn't work
if you haven't followed the above, then you are prime weapons grade cock for trying to use an internet campaign to bang your own private problem
or
if you have followed the above then your complaint is more than likely without foundation....
I have. The
s phoned me asking if I wanted broadband, I said "no, I am in an 18-month contract with someone else", they then proceeded to phone me every week for the next two years to check if those 18 months had suddenly passed yet. I went to a different network to stop them from hassling me, they then phoned my Mum, who was on Orange PAYG, and hassled her to get in touch with me instead. They are f
king cretins.

I have switched back to Orange a few months back, and now taken out their broadband package. I have nothing but good things to say about them at the moment.
My experience of their customer service lead me to remove my custom after 12 years. This was despite them offering an exceptional deal on a 4S. I would rather pay more elsewhere. As it happens, I've bought a 4S direct from Apple and Giffgaff PAYG and should pay substantially less over the equivalent of a 2 year contract.
I have had good and bad experiences with every mobile operator I've dealt with over the last 15 years. I now minimise exposure by choosing sim-only 12 month deals or PAYG sim cards, along with network-unlocked mobiles paid for in cash. I currently pay the bill on 5 mobile devices over 3 networks, so network loyalty is not one of my strong points.

We were very keen that our corporate account and LTA with Orange would go well when we signed up for it.
Unfortunately it's not gone well and has gone badly. According to the senior manager who has been dealing with it, neither the system nor hardware supplied to us by Orange are fully fit for purpose, and, following a further major system failure yesterday, an email from Orange has been requested outlining our intention to end the deal and our involvement with them after less than a year.
Unfortunately, because of Orange system failures, there is a quantifiable loss to us so far of >£150k, and a potential loss to our customers of many times that amount. And it's difficult to see how it's merely going to be a matter of us and Orange agreeing to rip up the contract and move on without these losses being addressed.

Overcharged by £60 on my first bill, due to my "free" set up being charged for, despite several calls to confirm it would be free.
28 days for a refund apparently, so I raised an indemnity claim with my bank, and got a refund right away.
Emails now going backwards and forward, with the monkeys at the other end not really reading my message.
