I used to enjoy browsing this site, but recently all I can see is a bunch of crappy ebay adverts when I use the search function. What am I doing wrong?

You need to turn off any ad blocking software you have running for this site only, if you are running say Firefox with ad block you can turn it off just for that site

thanks am running firefox with adblock. Will try your suggestion.

eta: thanks again, just tried turning off adblock and normal service has been resumed.
