AUTOSTRADA (Bristol)

OK my first post on PH's..........I have been lurking for some time but I have not contributed towards any posts. I currently live and work outside the UK but will be finishing my contract overseas and returning to the UK this time next year. I am looking to buy my first Porsche on my next trip back to the UK in a couple of weeks.

I have a specific model in mind and I have seen a car that is of interest to me for sale at AUTOSTRADA in Bristol. To this end, I would be extremely grateful for any opinions or experiences (+/-) for AUTOSTRADA in order to include or reject them for my upcoming tour around dealers. Thanks very much for your help!

That's a really kind offer and yes, it is the RS I was interested in. I really do appreciate your offer!!! However, I'm just in the throws of securing an RS from another dealer so, if all goes well the AUTOSTRADA RS will still be on the market?

Great! I may buy it myself in that case. I poppped over at lunchtime and it wasn't there as its the bosses and it was at home. Nice chap though had a good chat with him about it and I may chop my Cerbera and C4cab for it...having a little think.

Obiwonkeyblokey.....you're more than welcome to pursue the RS!!!!! I actually put a deposit on an RS this afternoon that was for sale at an OPC. I'm a little nervous as I haven't seen the car in the 'flesh' as I'm out of the UK at the minute. Got all the docs and extra photos sent over trawled through them and secured the car for less than 60k. Big miles (45000ish) but FSH and a 2 year Porsche Warranty. Getting an Independent inspection carried out early next week so maybe even more negotiating room?

Sorry Daz, forgot to mention.. I bought a 911 in the end. The car we are both talking about however is the same one you and I saw passing the quadrant a couple of months back. BLack with orange and black wheels. super sexy..
