Family Campsite - South of France?

Does anyone have any good reccomendations for a family campsite in the South of France that is near the sea and a bit 'up market'.

When I say up market, I mean not full of 'do as you likeys'

Sadly not in the South of France, but if you are willing to travel a couple of hundred miles further then I can thoroughly recommend Union Lido in Northern Italy. Lovely family site with great amenities and also a great base for seeing Venice/Verona etc.

Camp du pylon in Biot. Its 20 mins from Nice, Monaco etc. beach is 5 min walk away
