Best place to get parts for a Boxster 986

As the title says really.

May be in need of (fancy) a new exhaust for my Boxster. Was wondering if any one had any ideas where I could get one of these at a reasonable price and if it would be worth ordering via a web site and getting some one to fit it or getting them to source it and fit it.

I had an 02 986 S & went for a louder exhaust. In the end I had a Dansk stainless box & purchased it off the web. There are some great deals at the minute & they also come up 'used' as well on the web. There are some threads for good/bad etc though mine was generally good with a slight boom around 3k rpm, but otherwise good & it 'popped' on the over-run as well. I got an indie to fit it as the bolts are difficult to get to w/o a ramp. Alternatively, you can always use the existing box & get a 'bypass' mod instead & this is cheaper/easier & shouldnt affect your insurance. If you want other consumable parts, try Eurocarparts for brakes etc Good luck
