Or trying to make out that F1 isn't boring.

It would be interesting to see him try to get within 3 seconds a lap of Rossi on a MotoGP bike.
With a bit of luck he'd highside and bust a few ribs; now that would liven up F1

and getting the lead of the British GP by pitstops is exciting then , they should make him retire.
MotoGP is far more exciting then F1, the only reason that F1 is more popular is that there are more car drivers on the planet than bikers and car sport has always been bigger than bikes, always will be.

Quote from BBC as he wins at Silvestone...
The second half of this race has been almost like a procession with little incident at the front of the field.
Says it all doesn't it, F1 is boring to the nth degree, bring back three pedals and a gearlever and crossply tyres, let see some vehicle control sliding sideways, lets see some overtaking at least!!!!

IMHO, F1=dull hitech sheight, MotoGP = exciting racing by real enthuisiasts with more skill and heroism than Schuey has.
When has driving a car fast on a cissy racetrack EVER been as brave or a hard as riding a bike???
Cars = fairly easy to drive, infact cars can drive themselves. Bikes = a symbiotic relationship that won't work without the rider.
Putting it another way....? riding a bike is like making luuuuurrrrve without a johnie. Driving a car is like you've got a welly boot on the end.

Ferrari number one Michael Schumacher has defended F1 in the face of renewed criticism that the sport is boring, and implied that it will always be bigger than its two-wheel equivalent MotoGP.
And his point is?
Does this mean that Fords are better than Ferraris because they have more people driving them?
He's completely full of Sh*te, but then we all knew that anyway...

I'd basically echo all the comments on here so far- especially the comparison between Ferrari and Ford...Bigger is better? Bullshit.
The fact is- Racing is a sport. Therefore, it should be competitive, fast, exciting. MotoGP is all of these things and more. F1 is dead.
All of the hardcore F1 fans just can't accept this fact...

Used to be interested in F1 but If I missed one i wasnt bothered and I never really looked forward to watching one.
To be honest I have never really liked watching sport on tv.
That is until around 2 years ago I started watching Bike racing.
I can't get enough of Moto Gp and BSB for that matter. I really look forward to sundays if a race is on and I am extremely pissed off if Im at work and miss one.

Same here. But did anyone see the BSB at Knockhill on Sunday? Haydon was amazing in the wet on the Yam. Made everybody else look like they were in first gear.
Hayden had a point to make an he made it...big time, Rob Mac has got to give him a job
Toseland an Laconi.....love to have been in the pit garage when those two got back as Jamie Witham said "you cant be friends after racing like that"
