Hi Everyone,
I've been a long time reader on here but never had any reason to post, until recently!!

I've got myself an '83 911 3.0 SC which is currently undergoing respray along with some other bits and pieces. Already got a new engine In it, so all it really needs once the paint is done is the interior. Both front seats are badly worn and are un-recoverable.

Anyone got a recommendation for leather trimmer in or around Dundee, I'd be happy to go further afield, but would rather keep the business local in the first instance.

Hope to get involved in a few runs during the summer,

Cheers,
T

You could try Classic Restorations at Alyth. http://www.classicrestorations.co.uk/services.html
They did some leather work for me a few years ago. Highly recommended.

Try these guys, they done my Elan plus 2 a few years back. In this case they came down to my garage to do the work which was helpfull. Good service and great job. If i had anything else to do, infact whilst i think about it i have got a nice little job for them, i wouldnt hesitate going there again. I was after some grey leather for a small job nothing intricate, just to stick on a few months back, they gave me a piece and told me how to trim it round an edge......again good freindly local service.

You'd better be quick, he told me he's retiring in the Spring.

I had a few pieces of trim on my Elise recovered in alcantara for 30 quid. I supplied the alcantara, but even so that's pretty cheap and an excellent job.

Way back, I had a leather seat bolster on a CRX replaced and again great job.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, just be aware they are not always in. Best to phone ahead.

the guy i use for all my leather repairs is a guy called mike bell.

This is the leather guru and he recently repaired leather in a diablo for me and including getting matched paint mixed and the full leather repair it was £200.

His number 07801817190. Trust me he is the best for repair.
