Couple years back, after a non-car acquaintance said all car types were shallow yuppies obsessed with speed, status and newness, one wet weekend i drew up a list of old metal to show that it’s a bit more varied than that. Doing the list drove me mad and as soon as it’s ‘done’ you start to disagree with yourself. Excuse the basic, generic information which you already know, but bear in mind the descriptions were intended for someone not much into cars:
