First step to saying goodbye

Well after 3 years of fun I've put the turbo up for sale. I've been thinking about it for a while and it's time for a change.
I know this is 'subjective' but the 996 Turbo is a great car!!! Oh and an absolute bargain at todays prices. It's given me far less trouble over the past 3 years than anything I've ever owned and it's been great fun. Not only that but I have met some great people through this forum, some of which I will certainly continue to stay in touch with.
As some will know I'm planning to scratch an itch that just wont go away. Yes, yes I'm off to buy a Datsun lol. However, once the itch has gone I will be back. Perhaps a GT3/GT2 next time, who knows ; )
Anyway, I know she's not sold yet and that it may take some time but i wanted to say thanks to all those knowledge forumites that helped me out over the last 3 years
I'll let you all know when she goes.

If it makes you feel any better I have just been wrestling with selling my Datsun for a 997 GT3 RS and after a silverstone day enjoying a GT3 for 90 mins in the cold light of day I have decided I'm not quite ready to part company with my "Datsun" it's simply just too good.
Having said that the Porsche is something I will definitely be revisiting sometime in the future

Well fellas, she's gone!!! Just been driven away which was a sad moment.
Can't believe the interest I had in the car. I actually took a deposit in under 24 hours of it being put up for sale.
I will return once I have scratched that itch ; )
