Bit of a strange one and I never thought I would be posting on here but hey thats life for you !
Anyway I handed in a letter of resignation on monday which the owner of the firm then spent most of monday afternoon talking me out of it an I agreed to stay,Fast forward to this morning when im called into a meeting to be told that one of the girls who worked for me and had been off sick since fri is off with stress due to bullying and its down to me !
This is a total load of rubbish I have never bullied anyone,7,8 or 9 of us work in a small area an others would of been aware and said person was on anti depressants when she started with us but seems its being used as a stick to beat me with/easy opt out for the employer as the womans husband has been in and is talking about taking things legal so at 10 am was in a meeting being told "we would like to accept your resignation with immedeate affect"
Other option I was given was to be suspended for gross misconduct and it was pretty obvious they wanted me gone so I left
I did say I thought there had to be a clean break and I should have wages/p45/holiday pay ect given to me then but was told "it will be some time next week"
Is there a legal guideline/obligation ? just get the impression once im out the door they may drag their heels or be funny with me,I might be totally wrong and call me cynical but at the moment i wouldnt trust them as far as i could throw them !
Cheers for any help

You are completely entitled to your P45 and any unpaid holiday pay. No argument there at all. Seeing as you left on the end of the month, they should be able to print off your P45 as part of their monthly payroll run so there is no reason why you cannot have it within a weeks or so.
