Wanted - Best £1000 English single speed on Cyclescheme

As the title says really, I'm after the best English single speed I can get for £1000, must be available from cyclescheme.co.uk dealer. Ideally I'd like 100% English components . Should be possible as no gears!. I would have thought I could get top notch components for the price, but google search not showing up much.
Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
I dont want a debate about the drawbacks of single speed bikes or cyclescheme!

frame/forks = dave yates, brian rouke et al, the material will be steel of unknown origin though, most likely from the far east but 853 or something nice.
wheels = hubs from hope. doubt you will get spokes from the UK, nor rims. tubes and tyres will be rubber from the far east or continental from germany?
mechanical components = Hope. should get the brakes sorted, do they do bars and stems? pedals? grips? seatpost? not sure what is made/assembled in the UK though.

Pashley Clubman Urban probably best bet for off-the-peg. Not SS but Sturmey Archer hub (although the company is of English origin, it's been Taiwan-owned for 10+ years and hubs are made there). Nice lugged Reynolds 531 frame though, which is all made in the UK, along with Brooks saddle and bar tape. Rebuild the wheels on new, british hubs and sell the SA ones.
A handmade frame from the likes of Roberts, Yates, Wilsons, etc could quite easily eat up your entire budget on it's own.
A SS Brompton probably comes closest assuming you need a whole bike in budget, but even they have many smaller components made overseas and I'm not sure there's any British bicycle rim producers left at all - it's all France, Belgium, Italy or the far east.

The Guv'nor is SS.Quite a bit under a grand too.
I got my Bob Jackson Vigorelli through my local Cyclescheme dealer.
However you'll be struggling to get top notch components for under £1000, mine came out somewhere around £1300 even though I supplied brakes/bars/stem/seatpost/levers/pedals separately.
Actually I just checked the figures, total cost was more or less £1800.
