where to get tabs for 7" headlights

most 7" sealed beam headlights it would seem dont have tabs on the side.

however my Alfa GT 1300 junior does.



A headlamp supplier has said that his 7" headlamps come with holes to insert these tabs.

Anyone know where I can get some of these tabs ?

Sorry a little brain dead at this time of the week, but the 7" units on minis imps etc had a steel ring around the front outside and a similar one around the rear, screwed together. The lugs for the adjusters were part of this.
Or so I seem to recall.
Have a look at minispares or similar, their lights are 7"
Or LandRover
Or early escorts
in fact most sensible cars, before they started making £150 all in one expensive breakages!
