Stats?

Power? Top speed? Gallons per hour or gallons per minute?

It's a 2001 Pantera 28' SS running twin 496 HO motors, top speed 85-90mph and yes that's Ramsgate Marina although it's a 28 its actually around 33'? It is definetly a gallons per minute boat! It was built by Pantera Powerboats in Thunderboat Row Miami.

Pantera 28' may refer to the waterline length?
at full chat though it's probably more like a ''Pantera 8' or less ''

Very nice indeed....

pantera are awesome underated (here) very strong great handling boats. ruff stuff no probs! noticed a few more petrol engined boats creeping in now diesel is costing a bit more. makes a bit more sense now, outright cost, maintainence, weight and no fookin fuel bug.now all your pal needs is raylar!!
