Helmet Mounted Light

Looking for recomendations for a helmet mounted light for commuting use.
Just upgraded my bar mounted lights to a pair of 18650 powered flashlights with CREE Q5 emitters with focusable beams and high/low/flashing modes - very pleased with these - very effective, light and cheap.
Would like to add a helmet mounted spot - want to be able to eyeball drivers coming out of side turnings who I think may not have seen me, so I want bright enough to get drivers' attention, but not so bright as to dazzle and piss people off. Would like it to be small and light, so probably looking for a single AA or AAA powered light.
Be grateful for recomendations of suitable light and helmet mounts.

I use an Exposure Joystick - good battery life (not AA powered though) and works well with the Diablo I have mounted on my handlebars.

Why ?There are numerous other CREE R5 powered flashlights available for less than a fifth of the price. Happy to pay good money for the best if that's what it really is, but need to be convinced I'd be paying for more than just the branding.

I use one and it is fantastic. A twin beam of light with a concentrated forward beam and a lighter wide beam that illuminates both verges.
Highly recommended.

As a package it's basically unbeatable, excellent sealing, great helmet mount, well thought out, incredibly light...everyone I know is either riding Exposure stuff or planning on getting some.There are numerous other CREE R5 powered flashlights available for less than a fifth of the price. Thanks all - just to confirm, I'm a commuter cyclist not an off road rider - I already have 2 * 300 lumens on the bars to light up the road ahead where necessary, which is plenty - I'm looking for something that I can use to eyeball a driver in a side turning to get their attention, not to burn out their retinas and antagonise them.
Just angle the helmet light to a dip position
The Joystick is a great light. As an alternative try a Moon X Power. Available in 300 lumens guise for about £50 or 500 lumens for about £80.
It's made by Raleigh and comes with a helmet mount and a bar mount. Li-ion rechargable via mains and USB. Very compact and neat.
Reasonable run times and a few different power settings.
The lights get excellent reviews (and I can vouch for them).
The 500 lumens version does flash at 380 lumens on the flash setting though and is capable of retina burning !! Angle the unit correctly and you'll be OK.
