I'm after a cheap bike to take the kiddy out on

As per thread title, I just want something cheap but half decent that I can fit a kiddy seat to and ride on the road, fire tracks or back lane sort of thing. It won't be subject to much abuse (obviously as i'll have a 15 month old on the back) but I would like something half decent, if possible, for less than £200... I know it's not a lot for a push bike (my downhill bike of a few years ago was at the cheaper end of the scale at about £1200!!).

Is there anything decent new out there at the lower end or will I better off getting on ebay and looking for a good second hand bike (Marin/GT etc) where i'll get more for my money?
