Euro 2012 England Vs Sweden on the 15th of June

I'm not much of a footy fan but the guys I'm going with are concerned they may miss this match. Does anyone know if its shown anywhere round the track, we are staying in PH Blue Nord.

Also does anyone know if this will be on French TV as it's on at the same time as the France match?

I believe the France match is the early game 17:00 hours. England v Sweden 19:45 so you'll be fine. There's a main big screen inside the track village. It's outside, next to and just below where Audi usually have their huge stand. It was packed in 2010 for the World Cup so get there in plenty of time. Not sure if the trackside big screens will also show the games, maybe since there won't be anything going on on track Friday evening. In truth, most of us will be in Le Mans city for the drivers parade and pub crawl. There will be plenty of pubs showing the games I'm sure and the atmosphere will probably be charged too following the parade. Get into town, it's a blast!

Just to point out these are the uk times so 18.00 France game 20.45 England game when we're over there.

Sorry to bump this one, but if we don't get there in time to watch this in town and I bring a UK freeview setup with me will it work on the French freeview networks and does anyone know if the England game will be on free to air French TV?

If you're in PH Bleu Nord there is a marquee with a big screen TV in it. They had the race, F1 etc on last year. I would be pretty certain that it will be on in there... I'm counting on it as that's where I'll be, and they serve beer!!

We have an open day on the friday which happens to be the 15th at The Village On The Curves, it will be shown on two 50" TVs we also sell beer.

What used to be The Porsche Club GB campsite but has been a private site for the last two years see report on Beermountain. This is on the inside of Porsche Curves not the Travel Destinations site on the outside.
