It would be better if you could have posted a link, but if you mean rose.de/roseversand.de then they are a big player in Germany and are completely safe.

Massive in Germany, big online retailer.

Like other bike makers such as Canyon, you can customise your bike from build.

Only downside is that they don't have a UK depot so you will have to size up and order online - 6 weeks lead time, i think.

Defo not a scam!

Cheap German site that's very good for spares/components and they have their own brand of bikes. Delivery can take a bit longer but you can't argue with their prices. Some of their deals are crazy.

Lot's of satisfied customers around.

Yep, got a chain and cassette off them for much cheapness recently. Also got a free coaster and packet of energy sweets toosmile At the time I ordered I saved a further 10 euros by hitting "like" to them on Facebook.

I've bought brakes from them. Good service, delivered nice and quick considering it was from Germany.

Would definitely use again.

I've bought various components from them over the past year or so. Particularly good value on chainsets and disc brakes. I even priced up an SLX rear mech at the weekend and even with delivery it's cheaper than ordering from anywhere online in the UK.

Their bikes (MTB at least) look pretty decent and Dirt seem to give them good reviews.
