clutch lever dust cover

Hi guys should the clutch lever on the gearbox bell housing have a rubber dust cover?

Yeh thought it should have! The standard type 9 clutch arm is for the cable operation but we have the tvr push rod thingy modification for hydraulic clutch. So is the rubber dust cover a standard fit all item? if so I will try a ford dealer. Any ideas?
