WTD - Software Company in Leeds various positions

I own, with partners, a software company in Leeds specialising in HR and Payroll software and solutions. We develop our own systems and have been very successful over the last 5 years growing from £500,000 turnover (from the remains of our previous company) after a part management buyout to £5,000,000 turnover this year (ends in March). We employ approx 65 people growing to 80 over the next 3 months.
Positions include:
2 telesales positions booking appointments for field sales staff. We promote to field sales from telesales so these positions may last forever if that's your thing or lead to a field sales role within 18 months - 2 years for the right people.
1 Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The team is currently 1 Manager and 1 Marketing Executive. The Marketing Manager also manages the telesales team (via a team leader) and the Marketing Manager reports to the Sales Director (me).
3 Product Consultants. This role reports to the Client Services Manager and ultimately the Client Services Director. The role involves working with our Project Managers to implement our systems with clients (projects ranging from £10,000 - £500,000 in value in year 1) and aim client staff.
1 Payroll Bureau Administrator to join our new Bureau and Payroll Managed Services team. This role involves running our client's payroll for them via our software systems.
