Congratulations! See... all that worrying for nothing :-)
Next you just have to worry that they don't lose your registration document in the mail like they did mine.
ON A SERIOUS NOTE!!!!
When registering mine, they actually (I believe) made a serious error, though I've chosen not to do anything about it as yet. My car was first registered on the first of July 2002, which on my US title was 1/7/2002. When it came to registering it, some clerk somewhere didn't use their brain and allocated my a '51' numberplate, which my guess means they read it as the seventh of January. It has no date on the registration document itself, but the numberplate dates the car as older than it really is. Obviously I still have copies of all the US documents so I can prove her real age without a problem.
If there's any ambiguity in the date due to the different format, I'd make sure they get the right one!!!

Further delay I'm afraid. the shippers never gave me the F386 certificate of duties paid so I couldn't register it. Aaargh! I've rung the shippers and he's looking into it. Dozy berk!
Mind you, I blasted it out of the SVA station giving it some gung-ho celebratory throttle and straight past a GATSO van. Thank goodness there are no plates on it! Mad really as I was slowing down for the fixed GATSO's on the way even though i didn't have a plate.
BTW, coprrection. This thing goes like some insane hurricane on dope.
