Having done london to paris for the last 2 years, I am looking at what I could book for this year as an alternative.

I would like a 4/5 day road cycling trip which is event organised with support, hotels, meals etc. Ideally 1 way, with the organisors taking care of the of return of the bikes etc. About 80-100 miles per day would be perfect.

So... like a London to Paris trip, but something different.

Any ideas or suggestions, as I am struggling to find the right thing.

Thanks guys, I should have added that I am no cycling god, and at 17 stone the Alps would probably kill me off.

I'll take a look at your suggestions. Any idea of good organisers? We used Skyline for the L2P, but they have limited other offerings.

That looks great Swerni - friend of mine did Morocco over Christmas and New Year and said it was amazing. Have fun!

Together we used these guys http://www.utracks.com/utuk/index.php for Sicily in November '11. Can recommend them...

Thanks looks a top ride, but up to 200 miles per day might be a challenge... might even need to train for a ride like that smile

You said you wanted a challenge !!! biggrin

Plus it is vert well run and my friend who organises it also works on the big L2P event if you need any reassurance of the support it has.

I love the sound of that challenge! But considering I'm new to cycling, it might kill me. Next year might be on the books though.
