Mrs Kermit got me some truffle vinegar at Christmas, and I'm not sure what to do with it!

Anyone have any suggestions? I can think of plenty of things for truffle oil, but I rarely make much use of vinegar, so I'm a bit stumped!

Truffle Vinegar: Use to season salads, prepare vinaigrettes and sauces, brush on grilled meats, deglazing, and replace in any recipe that calls for vinegar (note: most truffle vinegars are prepared based on a Balsamic or wine vinegars)

Not sure with this one. It's certainly not standard balsamic. I suppose it could be white balsamic, but probably white wine.

I would avoid cooking with it as the truffle flavour will disappear as the volatile oils evaporate. As others have said maybe use in salad dressing or at the very end of cooking for seasoning things like puy lentils or other pulses.
