Roofers in Edinburgh

It looks like the roof of my block of flats has sustained some damage in the recent storms. Some felt is missing and a few of the fascia boards are either loose or missing.

There are 6 flats in the block so I'm guessing everyone will have to claim through their own insurance company. How many quotes should I get?

You all probably have about 200 quid excess on your policies - what you desribe is not 1200 quid of work.
Find a roofer 6 x 30 quid in cash - jobs a wotsit!

or leave it and wait for the statutory repair notice from Edinburgh council and a bill for £100,000.......that's if the whole department aren't in jail yet!

We tried a few - their a wee bit busy just now but this guy comes highly recommended
