Hi, I make a lovely almond and cherry cake, but there's a problem. I use glacé cherrys and they always end up at the bottom of the cake. I was told to try drying the cherrys before putting them in...tried this, still at the bottom. Help
A quick google suggests that you could try putting aside some of the dry cake mix with the cherries in to completely dry them out, others recommend flour.
