What's the car?

At present there is an advert running, (for what I'm not sure),but it has a footballer, I think his name is Teddy Sheringham, driving off in a silver sports car with no brakes. Can anyone who has seen the advert tell me what the car is? It looks pretty special

I think (only seen the ad once) its a maserati, and either a merek or bora i think

I thought it was a Lotus - looked like an Elite / Eclat to me. But then you should know Simon so I could be wrong.

Definately not a Lotus Elite or Eclat, but oh how I wish it was! It's ever so 70's, thats probably why I like it! Masaratti = well out of my price range, but nice to know what it is. Oh, and by the way, I've just been remineded of the Lotus acronim (Sorry if thats spelt wrong) LOTUS= Lots Of Trouble Usually Serious!
