Snapseed iPad editing

Do any other PH 'togs use Snapseed on the iPad for editing photos?

I was just wondering if any who do know how to replicate the 'Drama' filter on there, specifically Drama 1 & 2.

Looks like there's a lot of sharpening going on but I can't quite put my finger on the rest.

I've not used the app, but from a quick search for example images it looks like it might be using some sort of tone-mapping / localised contrast effects?

I use it, but have never used the filters, I just use the basic adjustments to get the look I want.
