Anyone have any good sites or links for good workouts focusing on these areas?

Reason being I have been recommended by my chiropractor to focus on these areas to help with lower back pain.

Would be a good idea as I have a free climbing wall near me but there is a problem. Yesterday I some how managed to close a car door on my thumb whilst working on a car, in doing so it ripped most of the top of my thumb off and broke the top of my bone in the finger frown

You only need two fingers on each hand. If the knuckles don't blow out like gunshots that is biggrin

I really don't fancy smashing this on a wall.

You'll only do it once!

Swiss ball, sit-ups and crunches, planks. All are working wonders for me smile

Depends on your existing level of fitness but dead lifts and squats done properly are awesome for the back and core.

If not then I agree with plank and maybe dorsal raises
