Kincardine Bridge - ever closed by weather?

Does anyone know if the Kincardine Bridge has ever been closed because of high winds? I can't ever recall this happening, unlike all of the other main Scottish bridges (apart from the Kingston Bridge).

Apart from what i hear right now its closed along with the Clackmannanshire Bridge.

Apart from when they where building the clackmannanshire bridge and when they stopped it being able to be a swing bridge its nevered closed.

Think it has been closed in the past due to weather. Can mind the roads in clackmannanshire being gridlocked with everyone heading to stirling.

Yeah it is closed sometimes but not as often as the Fourth Road Bridge.
