Hi guys,

I'm looking to run in Trackday Trophy next year for the full season in my EP3 type R.

I've currently bought a rain light which i'm mounting internally showing through the rear window, I have a Lifeline 2000 mechanical plumbed extinguisher kit on route as well.

In terms of cage i've been looking at bolt in ones for the moment as i can't stretch to a full weld in with the labour costs attached. The ones i've found are from Safety devices and they're a 6 point variant. The advert doesn't state anything regarding MSA but it does say complys with FIA Apendix J, Can anyone tell me if a cage with that compliance will pass MSA?

Kill switch kit is also sorted.

Apart from that is there anything else i'm missing that I could fail on?

Thanks,

Rob

Required
Helmet, Boots, Gloves, Suit, Harness, Race seat.

Useful
Oil temp gauge, oil pressure, water temp guage, uprated bushes, adjustable dampers, uprated brakes, strip out as much unwanted weight as possible.

A copy of the current regs is very helpful.

Miss a race and get the cage done properly, a decent cage will make ALL the difference

Yes....SD have been doing cages almost as long as they have been required I think.
