Diff bushes

Now, I know there's many threads on this but.....

I have the usual clonking when on and off the gas. I got the car on a ramp and tried to move the diff with a crow bar but it won't budge - does this sound familiar before I lower the diff to change the bushes - also which bushes is it that normally fail?

...and does anybody know somebody who can do it around the Yorkshire area?

Usually the top rear( most awkward to get at). It's supposed to be a real barsteward of a job.
