London's Burning (channel 4) advert

Anyone seen it that can identify the tune which plays throughout? It's a dance type tune and you can only hear the beats. I swear I know it I just can't identify it

Mate... its been killing me too... and i know my music.... but could i remember it.. not even shazam would pick up on it.. so i went through my iTunes library... all 2Tb of it.. and found it
