About 95% commuting for me (60 - 120 miles per week depending on which office I'm in), with mountain-biking when I get the chance, and occasional road biking.

Plenty of commuting, sometimes 175 miles a week, sometimes 30, work/weather depending.
Weekend Road rides once every other month, sometimes on Cross bike.
Weekend MTB rides once a month. 40 mile yesterday.
Not much racing recently. Used to do the Cyclo Cross season, and Road race when Eastways was still there.
Random MTB races throughout the year.
Two long weekends in Wales MTBing a year.

Road only - mix of commuting, training, racing (of late) about 200 ~ miles a week, sometimes more, sometimes as low as 150.

Mostly commuting with the odd bit of MTB every now and then. I really want to get into road riding though.

Half hour in the gym most days, whilst watching a random growler on a cross trainer.

All recreational - road mostly, although with a sprinkling of xc at the local trail centres when the mood takes me.

Commuting during the week is 50 miles then some road cycling at the weekend - at this time of the year only 80-100 miles over the two days. Next year I have to step it up for my week of Tour de France Stages in the Jura Mountains and Alps so by May I need to be doing 100 miles back to back most weekends. Will also need to do more during the week so I can easily imagine 300+ miles in the not too distant future. rotate

Only MTB for me, I'm too scared and indeed scarred to ride on the road.

I mostly cock about at the trail centres year-round or ride the local woodland trails in the summer, with the occational bit of Freeride, I do ride Downhill Courses and ride downhill bikes, I refuse to race these days so I'd count that as just Freeride really.

At the moment my commute is 40miles and involves 3 junctions of the M4, but if that ever changed I'd like to cycle commute.
