Last min foody presents

There is no way on earth I am going to brave town for a car full of tat so I'm going to make stuff...

Marmalade has been made, apple butter and mincemeat tomorrow and a plan for fudge (if I can find my recipe) oh and a ginger preserve.

But, I have an awful lot of spirits- like chartreuse and other vile flavoured things. Has anyone got any ideas as to what foody things can be made with stuff like that? It'd be a bonus to get it out of the house!
