The Aintree circuit near Liverpool, UK, will be re-opened for a Festival of Motorsport between November 19-21. The home of the British Grand Prix on five occasions between 1955 and '62, the Aintree Circuit Club hopes to attract 30,000 visitors to the event, which will also feature horse racing on Aintree's famous steeplechase course. The Festival will be non-competitive, but allows cars to be driven at speed on the full three-mile grand prix circuit for the first time in 20 years.

WOW ! A Goodwood revival meeting for Northerners
