Ah, Fuel tank. My specialist subject!
Back in 2008 I looked into getting a replacement and ending up repairing mine.
Here is a link to my article way back when the weather was much like it is now!
Places I looked were
TVR carparts
David Gerald
Douglas Valley
DC Devs http://www.dcdevs.co.uk/
Steve Reid http://www.classictvr.co.uk
Prices varied greatly.
There may be other places ~ I know others have replaced theirs since then.

I looked into this a couple of years ago, I ended up refurbishing my old steel one, bit I did find a company which could make one at a very low price.
