can someone please tell me the difference between a n/a block and a turbo block ..ie bores, didnt
think there was any ,just pistons ?????

Most turbo blocks may differ in the oilways. depending on manufacturer really? you need an oil pressure supply and return for the turbo, maybe oil spray under the pistons, other than that most are essentially the same apart from pistons themselves.

Can be a thicker cylinder wall/stiffer block.

As mentioned oil galleries differ to supply oil jets to the underside of the pistons.
