2011 Mini JCW & 2008 335i

I ordered the car with a pretty hefty spec (the Recaro's and Harmon Kardon stereo are brilliant) but have added a few little mods pictured below, all genuine BMW/JCW parts











Some more suitable rubber for winter (Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme's)



And here's our other car that the wife ferries our 3 month old son around in. Power should be not far off 400bhp so is wasted on her!!

It wasn't cheap, I'll say that much If you take second hand cars out of the equation though there wasn't much else that interested me at a similar price point, I guess you could say I'm a big Mini fan as this is my wife and I's fifth.

The great handling, 4 pot brakes, mid 30's mpg, £160/year road tax & cheap service plan helped me to decide. Although it has almost half the power of the BMW it is such a good drive!

Love the 335i, you've made it look a lot more modern with the wheels and rear lights. Though its only 3 years old, I thought it was a 55 plate at first!

Nice Mini too, but don't think I could have spend that much on one.

On the 335i, the mods you made to get it to close-on 400bhp, have they impeded fuel consumption much?

Those are two fantastic looking cars, well done OP. The Recaros on the Cooper S look great and its unbelievable what a difference those rear lights can make to the appearance of an E90. Brilliant!
