Have I invented a new snack?

2 tortilla wraps (large)

An egg

A slice of ham (cut into strips)

Some grated cheese

Black pepper


Lay the wrap out flat

Crack the egg into the centre

A little pepper

Lay the ham either side of the yolk of the rapidly spreading egg

then some cheese.

Roll up the wrap, folding the ends over halfway to form a parcel

The roll the parcel onto the other wrap



It will not unfold if done right



Microwave for 45 seconds, open the door, then close the door & another 45 seconds (800W)


Voilà!


No mess & a hot tasty snack.
