I bought an early XK8 from him about 6 years ago. Top money but only had one small problem in one year of ownership, which was with the car when I picked it up but was put right, as it should have been of ocurse, without any quibble.

Hang fire I think the 1600cc engine is going to rule it out - 3 Door 1250cc engine is £200 cheaper (£750) to insure according to the meerkats!!
