You have all seen the episode, now do the challenge!

I have set a lap time in the Mitsubishi EvoX around the full Top Gear Test Track. 1:29.386.

Your challenge, which I will also partake in, is to develop your Suzuki SX4 to match or better that time.

Rules:

Lap time to be set from a standing start.
No engine changes, drive train changes or aspiration changes.
Final car to be in B class or lower.

Get tuning.

[Clarkson] Easy, Formula 1 cars have big wheels and huge downforce on them. I'll do that, And then add power.[/Clarkson]

I would also say you should set a rule of no storefront tunes.

Here we go, a 326bhp SX4.

And it sets a lap time of 1:28.907.

That Sir, is a legendary Idea. Im off to bed now, (nightshift) but will figure out some vastly complex scoring system later.

so the evo 10 is stock at PI/476, and we have to try nd make a suzuki sx4 faster PI/209 faster?

1:25.702 standing start with the PI/432 (220hp), that's with upgrades only, no tuning because on my first lap I got a 1:28.3XX so I thought there was no point.

After a couple of laps in the Evo I got a time of 1:23.922. Unless we play it by how much you could beat your own time by?

Show off ;-)

It is a good idea though, although renders the thread a little useless....
