Old style winter longs

Does anyone know if (and where) you can get the old style winter longs much favoured by old-school roadies and gnarly old tourers?

They were black wool/acrylic, often with 'world champion' detail on the ankle cuffs.

Have ebayed and googled with zero success

FYI they have to paired with a hat like this and a rolled up rain cape under the saddle for the full CTC look
