Parking near loughbough train stn

Hi
I may be moving and having to catch a train from Loughborough.Does any one know whats the parking situation like near the stn.
Is there any free parking or cheap car parks.

Parking at or near the station is a nightmare especially at the moment as they are building a new road system all around the station area.
You used to be able to park on the side streets ( if you were lucky) but apart from that it's the station car park, which is normally full by 9am!!

you'll be lucky...loughborough is a nightmare at the minute around the train station, best bet would be to park up in one of the multi stories and have a walk down to the train station
