As a guide, a few years ago at 28, insuring a brand new CBR600, garaged out in the sticks in sco'land, with a SP30 and a SP50 it came in at 800 TPFT, this was with H&R who took into account 6+ years NCB for the car.

I only pay 330 quid for my XJ600N on a P plate with no years no claims as this is my first year driving TPFT, which I thought was quite resonable. That was with redstar through bikequote.com

Im only 22 as well

Its with Bikesure, ive had my car insurance with Adrian Flux (theyre parent company) for 3 years, so that went in my favour.

Roadsure bikes offered me the same policy but limited to 5k miles, for £360. I simply asked Bikesure to beat it, and they did. It was only at the end that she said "oh btw, thats unlimited mileage". Bonus.
