Recommend me a recruiter (Management Consulting)

I know that recruitment is a dirty word round these parts, however I need 2 experienced Client Services Directors to join a small but rapidly growing altrenative to the Big 4. This is a business development / client engagement / projewct shaping role in business and technology change

Financial Services focus / based City / neg basic / £300k OTE + benefits

Can anyone recomend a recruitment firm that can help me find these people?

I was their first ever indirect tax placement back in about 1854 (well it feels like a long time) and have since recruited with them a couple of times, including MC placements. Can't say I have a wide experience of different agencies but these guys always looked after me.

Thought I would you know the outcome of this

Demanding People weren't interested - "too busy" - alright for some! They are called something else now.

BLT took on the requirement, delivered and got a nice five figure fee out of me.

We also advertised directly and got 1 candidate from that (probably spent circa £1k on online advertising)

Glad BLT came good.

Received their annual market survey for salaries and benefits today by email. Noticed also they have a version for MC-only. If they haven't sent it to you just ask for a copy. As always it makes interesting reading.

I did once recruit through them and the candidate did not work out. They were open to discussing an adjustment of the fees, although I didn't pursue it as I wasn't certain I had properly specced the job in the first place and so it was not really the candidate's ability that was in question.
