Which camera

I need to buy a new digital camera. I have tried looking at a few websites but quite frankly don't understand a lot of the features, so thought I'd come to ph for some advice.

I just want a camera for holiday snaps, a bit of video etc..

The most important thing is ease of use and quick speed.

I want to spend a maximum of £200.

Advice would be appreciated.
