Christ, I keep hearing that Castle Coombe is bumpy - but is it really that bad? Watching the videos and the camera is all over the shop.... blimey.... good stuff though - thanks. Really wanted to go myself, but work committments and the fact that I couldnt organise a piss-up in a brewery meant that I didnt....

The track from camp down to avon rise, feels very similar to a french z road!!!! lol
My camera has image stabilisation too!
Great circuit though, and I just love attacking it!
oh and I should not say this but, I checked the camcorders timer and my best lap was only 1 min 26!! not bad for a 4.0L Griff!!!

Yes Combe is humoungously bumpy. As you floor it out of camp and hold a long continuous curve through Folly and up Avon rise you get thrown around something terrible.
Utterly unlike Silverstone/Donnington...smoooth as a baby's...
